The next City Council meeting is Monday, June 16, at 7:00 PM. We’re sharing a preview of the meeting, but you can view the full agenda and packet at berkleymi.gov/councilagendasminutes.

 

This regular meeting includes a matter of authorizing budget amendments presented by City finance staff, as well as approving the assessing services proposal received from WCA Assessing. Council will also consider a special land use request for 4162 Twelve Mile Road, 4150 Twelve Mile Road, and 4138 Twelve Mile Road for the operation of a gas station/convenience store with an accessory restaurant counter in the Gateway District on the north side of Twelve Mile Road between Greenfield Road and Ellwood Avenue.

At the end of the meeting, Council will receive a presentation from the Assistant to the City Manager and Deputy City Clerk highlighting the recently-created Board and Commission Handbook.
