Lease Termination Agreement and Lease Agreement with Berkley School District for Angell

This termination and new lease agreement have been made to replace a mutual lease agreement made between the Berkley School District and the City in 1973. The new agreement reflects a change in property ownership between the District and the City. Now, instead of the agreement including a lease of District land to the City and municipal land to the District, the lease is only for the City to lease land from the District as they own all lots of the formerly outlined land.
