Gas Main Break at Cana Lutheran Church: April 30, 2025
Catalpa Gas Main Break Update: Consumers Energy has contained the leak and is beginning the work to repair the area, which may continue overnight. Once the repairs are completed, restoration work will begin. As of now, due to the necessary repair and restoration work, Catalpa is closed from Coolidge to Hamilton, and Henley is also closed from Sunnyknoll to Dorothea. Because of the disruption from the repair work, Berkley High School canceled afternoon classes, and students were dismissed for the day at 12:45 today, April 30.
